TPO single-ply membrane in 60-mil or 80-mil thickness, fully adhered or mechanically attached over minimum R-25 polyiso insulation. Hot-air welded seams tested with a probe at every joint. We install per NRCA and manufacturer specifications with tapered ISO insulation creating minimum 1/4" per foot positive drainage. Ponding water is the number one cause of flat roof failure in Jane Lew. Tapered insulation eliminates it. FM 4473 rated systems available for hail-prone areas. Fully warranted by Carlisle, Firestone, or GAF.

Commercial Roofing
We install Carlisle SynTec and Firestone TPO membrane systems in 60-mil and 80-mil thickness over minimum R-25 polyiso insulation (more in climate zones requiring it). Seams hot-air welded at 900°F+ and tested with a seam probe. Fully adhered systems for wind uplift zones per FM I-90 or I-120. Mechanically attached for re-roofs over existing insulation.
